Oh Ove, how do I love you? Let’s count the ways. I honestly could go on and on all day about how much I love this fitness program, but I’d like to keep it as brief as possible. I’ve been using his Obé for over a year and a half and I’m still totally hooked and think he’s one of the best training programs out there. I’ve never been to a gym while living in New York, so I’m a self-proclaimed home workout guru. I started with the Obé, then went back to my previous home workouts and liked the Obe so much that I switched to the Obé again. The class is a great workout, but 28 minutes went by so fast I didn’t count down until it was over. The workout doesn’t technically require equipment, but you can “level up” with simple equipment such as resistance loops, weights, and sliders.
Live classes are fun and give you a reason to get out of bed in the morning and train. The lecturer also sends ale to the people in the class. Hearing my name actually makes me feel pretty cool. When you can’t attend a live class, there are many on-demand classes. Ove offers a variety of classes including strength training, HIIT, sculpting, yoga, barre, dance and more. Plus, you can filter classes in the on-demand section, so you can choose less impactful classes if you have neighbors to worry about.
Thanks to Ove I was able to challenge myself and try new classes. I never thought I would enjoy dance HIIT or regular HIIT classes, but now I take them regularly. Then last year I started going to strength classes and had to buy heavier 8 and 10 lb weights. The past me would be very shocked. It’s made me stronger and more confident and this year has been really good for me. Ove has made me feel so much stronger and I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.
