Fleishigs Magazine and Kosher.com have launched GLATT, a new podcast exploring the multifaceted world of kosher.

The podcast was launched at a “Chefs at the Round Table” dinner for a group of chefs, media personalities, and culinary experts. This special event, held at Kosher.com headquarters in Bayonne, New Jersey, featured an intimate 11-course tasting menu prepared by a top kosher private chef.
The evening’s menu was created using premium ingredients provided by sponsors Tuscanini and Marble & Grain, known for their commitment to kosher food quality and innovation.
As the time for the event approached, the kitchen was buzzing with activity as the chefs set up their stations under the direction of the chef. Allegra Hadriemanaged a detailed execution of the night.
