Excessive consumption of ajwain seeds can cause gas formation in the stomach, leading to acidification and reflux.









Ajwan seeds contain thymol, which can cause allergic reactions such as dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.









Ajwan, also known as carom seeds, should be avoided by pregnant women as it may affect fetal development.









Ajwain water should also be consumed in moderation (one glass a day). Failure to do so may harm your health.









Ajwain should be avoided by people who suffer from conditions such as diverticulitis (pain and inflammation of the colon).









People with liver diseases should also avoid consuming ajwain.









Ajwan seeds stimulate gastric secretion and can worsen existing peptic ulcers.









Excessive consumption of Ajwan can also cause skin irritation and headaches in some people.









Ajwaan can lower blood sugar levels and should be used with caution by diabetics.
