Don’t have much time? Jake Dupree It’s a fun oblique workout that takes just 10 minutes. During the session, Jake will be guided by Lily Huber as he goes through the moves in depth, and Rehima Jordan will demonstrate modifications for each technique throughout the class. If you need to review any technique during class, you can rewind or fast forward to a specific timestamp.
The group fitness class starts on the mat and features twisting knee raises, side bends and a challenging plank variation, with moves familiar to Pilates fans, plus some core-strengthening variations. “Chop, chop! Like when you’re thinking about your ex!” Dupree jokes, stretching sideways to the rhythm.
